Analyses of the current situation and status in the organization in relation to the context regarding information provision and information management. This scan will be executed with the usage of standardized checklists, models, structured interviews en deskstudy of documentation from all that is available in the organization. The information framework and facilitating IT architecture are being mapped out. The results of this excerction are being related to the organizational and business goals on the medium and long term. The results of this will be worked out in a transfer or migration scenario (‘as is -> to be’) and the outline of an information framework and IT architeture. This migrations scenario is being transformed via a storyboard session to a transfer or migration plan. Included are the issues around business administration, processes, hierarchy, culture, human, financial and technical aspects.
